SISHI ON KOSZYKOWA STREET – DON’T LOOSE IT!
So-an Sushi Club Koszykowa Street 54 – incredible place on Warsaw city plan.
Japanese restaurant So-an Sushi, called “Susharnia” by long-standing customers,
is one of few Warsaw juice joint, where everybody feels like on party in home
their very good friends. No metropolitan affectation or petulant waitresses!
Young, smiling and brisk people with pure joy welcome every guest, who step
inside. Great team is a visiting card for this restaurant.
No less important is So-an menu. If you’re sushi gourmet, you’ll be back there
very often. If you just decide to start your first adventure with Japanese
cuisine – step in to “Susharnia”.
First quality fishes and great taste of rice. In menu are so many sushi boxes,
that everybody can find something for itself. Experts can choose one of many
sushi maki, offered there. There You can taste maki of ebi fried in tempura
(Ebiten maki), maki of roast butterfish (Butter maki). It deserves to note, that
so-an presents very “honest” sashimi boxes (raw fishes and seafood pieces) in
comparison with other sushi restaurants. Sashimi is served in very artistic way.
So-an also propose a big selection of not well-known, hoy Japanese cuisine. In
menu we can find Chicken roasted in sweet teriyaki sauce (Wakadori Teriyaki),
Pan-seared chicken stuffed with garlic in hot sauce (Wakadori Misakatsu), and
also SHOGAYAKI - sautéed slices of pork pickled in flavorful ginger sauce or
SHUMAI - Sesame aroma Japanese dumplings with savory pork filling.
So-an on Koszykowa is a very good place for fast and tasty lunch. Local
sushi-masters prepare the little “miracles” in front of you.. No sushi from
fridge, like in other sushi restaurant! If you sit by rounded bar, you’ll can
“peep” how so-an’s specials are made.
Tables in the private part of restaurant will be better for business-lunch and
evening meetings with friends. There are divided parts for smokers and
non-smokers.
Reportedly the table nears 1000l aquarium with exotic fishes is the most popular
place. Warsaw show-business and politics celebrities like to sit exactly there.
For their best fans, So-an prepared a very original thing – SZUFLANDIA
(drawerland). It’s a wall with hundred drawers, where long-standing customers
store their private sticks with name and surname engraved in Polish and
Japanese. That’s a special gift from restaurant. Reportedly the special guest
came there three, four times on week. Apparently So-an is addictive…
